We got to experience something very unique today and that was the floating market. It was nothing like I had ever seen before and was way different than what I expected. It reminded me of canoe rides I have previously taken in Venice, except rather than site seeing we were shopping! Both sides of the water was surrounded with markets and it was fun to barter with them and try to lower their prices. There were also venders in other canoes selling snacks and refreshments. Overall it was a super cool experience and definitely one of the highlights of the trip.
